Dr. Marcia Hall ’05, who earned a Ph.D. in Health Services, presented her dissertation findings, Military Sexual Trauma Services for Women Veterans in the Veterans Health Administration: The Patient-Care Practice Environment and Perceived Organizational Support, at the Nursing Network on Violence Against Women international conference.

 

Dr. Adelbert James ’03, who earned a Ph.D. in Health Services with a specialization in Community Health, presented findings of a study on the prevalence of chlamydia among college freshmen, at the National STD Prevention Conference in Jacksonville, Fla. James is a senior program associate in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Emory University School of Medicine.

 

Dr. Matthew Uzukwu ’03, who earned a Ph.D. in Health Services, became an adjunct faculty member at Bowie State University in Maryland.

 

Dr. Sourri Baetjer ’00, who earned a Ph.D. in Health Services with a specialization in Community Health, was promoted to assistant dean of the corporate and continuing education allied health programs at Raritan Valley Community College in North Branch, N.J.

 

Dr. Robert G. Falter ’93, who earned a Ph.D. in Health Services, published “Elderly Inmates: An Emerging Correctional Population” in the winter 2006 issue of CorHealth Journal.
